– A fruit of your choice (berries, peaches, or apples work well)

– 2 cups of boiling water

– 2 tea bags (black or green tea)

Instructions:

1.Wash and slice your chosen fruit.

2.Place the sliced fruit in a teapot.

3.Add the boiling water and the tea bags.

4.Steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you want the flavors to be.

2.Cold-Brewed Fruit Tea

Ingredients:

– Your favorite fruit (sliced)

– 2 teaspoons loose leaf tea or two tea bags (black, green, or herbal)

Instructions:

1.Place the sliced fruit and loose leaf tea (or tea bags) in a mason jar or pitcher.

2.Fill the container with cold water.

3.Seal the jar/pitcher with a lid and store it in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours.

4.Strain and serve chilled.

3.Blended Fruit Tea Smoothie

– ½ cup fresh fruit (such as raspberries or strawberries)

– 1 cup ice

– Honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

Instructions:

1.Brew your desired black, green, or herbal tea and let it cool.

2.In a blender, add cooled tea, fresh fruit, ice, and sweetener (if desired).

3.Blend until smooth and enjoy!

4.Fruit Tea Sorbet

Ingredients:

– ½ cup sugar

– 1 cup chopped fruit (mangoes, pineapples, or strawberries)

Instructions:

2.In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the cooled tea.

3.Add the chopped fruit to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil.

4.Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

5.Blend the mixture until smooth.

6.Pour the blended mixture into a shallow pan and freeze for 3-4 hours.

5.Festive Fruit Tea Punch

Ingredients:

– 4 cups brewed fruit tea (such as a berry or citrus blend)

– 2 cups sparkling water or soda water

– 1 cup mixed fresh fruit (sliced oranges, berries, or sliced apples)

– Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
