As you may know, radishes are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber. They also have a unique piquant taste that can liven up any meal. But did you know that radish juice is also a fantastic way to incorporate these nutrients into your diet? Here are 4 different ways to make delicious and refreshing radish juice at home.

1. Classic Radish Juice

Ingredients:

– 1 cup radishes, washed and chopped

– 1 cup water

– Salt, to taste (optional)

Instructions:

Blend the radishes with water until smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve or a cheesecloth into a glass or jug to remove any solids. Discard the pulp and season the juice with salt if desired. Enjoy your classic radish juice cold or over ice.

2. Spicy Radish Juice with Ginger and Lemon

Ingredients:

– 1 cup radishes, washed and chopped

– 1 cup water

– 1-inch piece ginger, peeled and chopped

– Juice from half a lemon

– Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

Add the radishes, ginger, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a glass or jug to remove any solids. Add the lemon juice and salt if desired. Stir well and serve your spicy radish juice cold or over ice.

3. Sweet Radish-Carrot-Apple Juice

Ingredients:

– 1 cup radishes, washed and chopped

– 1 cup water

– 2 carrots, washed and chopped

– 2 apples, washed, cored, and chopped

Instructions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or juicer. Blend until smooth. Strain the juice through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a glass or jug to remove any solids. Enjoy your sweet radish-carrot-apple juice cold or over ice.

4. Creamy Radish-Cucumber Juice

Ingredients:

– 1 cup radishes, washed and chopped

– 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped

– 1 cup coconut water

Instructions:

Blend the radishes and cucumber with the coconut water until smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a glass or jug to remove any remaining solids. Enjoy your creamy radish-cucumber juice cold or over ice.
