Introduction

CBD oil gummies are a delicious and convenient way to incorporate the potential health benefits of CBD into your daily routine. These simple-to-make treats are perfect for people who want a discreet, hassle-free method for consuming CBD. In this article, we will walk you through the steps to create your very own homemade CBD oil gummies.

Ingredients

– 1 cup of fruit juice (your choice of flavor)

– ½ cup of water

– 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin

– 1 tablespoon of honey or other sweetener (optional)

– 40mg of CBD oil

You will also need a silicone gummy mold and a dropper for measuring the CBD oil.

Instructions

1. Prepare your gummy mold by lightly spraying it with cooking spray or using a piece of kitchen paper to distribute a thin layer of oil across the surface. This helps with the easy release of the gummies once they have set.

2. In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice and water. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat until warmed but not boiling.

3. Slowly add the gelatin to the warm liquid while continuously whisking to avoid clumps. Keep whisking until all the gelatin has dissolved and the mixture has a smooth consistency.

4. Add honey or another sweetener if desired, and taste-test for sweetness. Adjust accordingly to suit your personal preference.

5. Remove the saucepan from heat and allow it to cool slightly before proceeding to add CBD oil. Using a dropper, measure out your desired amount of CBD oil and add it to the liquid mixture, making sure it is well incorporated.

6. Carefully pour or spoon the CBD-infused liquid into your prepared silicone mold, filling each cavity evenly. You can use a funnel if needed for more accuracy when pouring.

7. Place the filled mold into the refrigerator and allow it to set for at least 2 hours or until the gummies are completely firm.

8. Once set, gently remove the CBD oil gummies from the mold and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The gummies should last for up to two weeks when stored properly.

Conclusion

CBD oil gummies are a great way to enjoy the potential benefits of CBD in a tasty and unobtrusive manner. This simple and easy recipe allows you to customize your gummy flavors, sweetness, and CBD dosage according to your individual needs and preferences. Whip up a batch today, and start enjoying these delicious treats!
