3 Ways to Style Medium Length Hair for Men

Introduction:

Medium-length hairstyles for men are a perfect balance between short and long hair. They offer versatility in styling and the opportunity to experiment with a variety of trendy looks. In this article, we will explore three stylish ways to style medium-length hair for men, so you can change up your look while maintaining that touch of sophistication.

1. The Textured Quiff:

The textured quiff is a modern take on the classic pompadour hairstyle, which focuses on volume at the front of the head while keeping the sides and back shorter. To achieve this look:

1.1. Start with freshly washed, towel-dried hair.

1.2. Apply a small amount of styling product such as mousse or texturizing paste, focusing on your roots for added volume.

1.3. Using a hairdryer and vented round brush, lift your hair upwards while directing heat towards it to create the desired height in front.

1.4. Once you have achieved enough volume in the front, gently guide the longer strands at the top backward using your fingers for a natural finish.

2. The Slicked-Back Style:

The slicked-back style is an elegant option for men looking for a polished and professional appearance.

2.1. Begin by applying a liberal amount of pomade or gel onto your damp hair.

2.2. Comb your hair back from your forehead to achieve a smooth finish.

2.3. For added shine and hold, consider using a fine-tooth comb to create grooves in the direction you want your hair to remain.

2.4. Allow your hair to air-dry or use a hairdryer with medium heat and low speed to set it in place.

3. The Casual Beach Waves:

For a more laid-back and effortless vibe, the casual beach waves hairstyle is perfect.

3.1. Begin with towel-dried hair and apply a light hold sea salt spray to create texture.

3.2. Scrunch your hair with your hands or use a diffuser attachment on your hairdryer for more defined waves.

3.3. Optionally, use a curling iron to create a few additional waves, being careful not to overdo it to maintain the casual look.

3.4. Set the hairstyle in place using a lightweight hairspray or texturizing paste.

Conclusion:

Medium-length hairstyles for men provide plenty of opportunities to try out different styles suited for various occasions. Whether you’re aiming for a professional look with the slicked-back style, an edgy vibe with the textured quiff, or an effortless finish with casual beach waves, these options ensure that you always stay on-trend and stylish.
