Introduction:

Auras are believed to be the electromagnetic field that surrounds living beings, reflecting emotional, physical, and mental states. The ability to see auras can be invaluable for understanding a person’s energy and disposition in various situations. In this article, we will explore three basic techniques for seeing auras.

1. Establish Focus:

The first step in seeing auras is to establish focus. Start by choosing a neutral background, like a white wall or blue sky, and place an object or person about 10-15 feet away from you. Relax your eyes and gaze past the object or person, allowing your peripheral vision to expand around them.

– Practice looking past objects until you can maintain focused attention for an extended period.

– Over time, this practice will help you develop the ability to see faint energetic outlines around objects or people.

2. Building Aura Sensitivity:

Building sensitivity to energies is crucial in learning how to see auras. Here are two exercises that can help you develop auric perception:

a) Hand Exercise:

– Place both hands in front of a neutral background.

– Relax your eyes and gaze past your hands.

– Slowly move them closer together while maintaining focus until they’re almost touching.

– Observe any energy exchange occurring between your hands.

b) Partner Exercise:

– Find a willing participant and ask them to stand against a neutral background.

– Maintain relaxed eyesight while gazing at their forehead.

– Without moving your eyes, allow your awareness to expand into their head’s peripheral areas.

– You may start noticing colors or energies surrounding your partner’s head.

3. Meditation:

Meditation plays an essential role in building mental clarity and concentration vital for seeing auras. Regular meditation sessions can lead to heightened intuition and perception.

a) Visualization:

– Choose a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.

– Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and relax.

– Visualize your own energy field, seeing its colors and various layers.

– This mental practice can help you perceive auras more easily in the real world.

b) Third Eye Activation:

– Find a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting up.

– Close your eyes and focus your attention on the area between your eyebrows.

– Gently place pressure on this point with your finger or a crystal wand to stimulate the third eye chakra.

– Hold the pressure for 30 seconds before releasing, repeating this exercise multiple times.

Conclusion:

Seeing auras is an ability that requires dedication, patience, and practice. By following these steps and incorporating them into a regular routine, you can develop your perception of the energies that surround us all. Through this newfound insight, you will experience a deeper understanding of yourself, others, and the world around you.
