1.Follow fashion influencers on social media: Keep an eye on fashion influencers and bloggers as they are often on the forefront of the latest trends. Following them on platforms like Instagram and YouTube will keep you in the loop.

2.Subscribe to fashion magazines and blogs: Magazines like Vogue, Elle, and Harper’s Bazaar are great resources to stay updated with the latest fashion trends. Additionally, browse through popular fashion blogs for daily inspiration.

3.Attend fashion events: Whenever possible, attend local or international fashion shows, exhibitions, and events to get a firsthand look at up-and-coming designs and styles.

4.Watch runway shows online: If attending a live event isn’t possible, watch high-quality videos of runway shows on YouTube or the websites of various fashion weeks to decipher upcoming trends.

5.Network with industry professionals: Join online forums or attend exclusive networking events to connect with industry insiders who can provide insights into current and upcoming trends.

6.Shop at thrift stores and vintage shops: Retro styles tend to make a comeback in modern fashion from time to time. By visiting thrift stores or vintage shops, you might score pieces that are back in vogue or even spot repeating patterns in trends over time.

7.Pay attention to celebrity outfits: Celebrity stylists have an uncanny ability to predict and set trends; therefore, watching what celebrities wear on red carpets and public appearances can give you insight into future fashion statements.

8.Visit local boutiques and designer stores: Monitoring collections from both budding designers and established names in your locality can provide a fresh perspective on trends and inspire your wardrobe choices.

9.Travel for inspiration: Different countries have unique takes on style trends based on their cultural backgrounds. Travelling can open your eyes to a whole new world of clothing styles that you can incorporate into your own wardrobe.

10.Trust your instincts: Ultimately, personal preference plays an essential role in keeping up with fashion trends. Be confident in your choices and don’t be afraid to express your individuality through experimenting with various styles.

By following these tips, you can stay on top of the ever-changing world of fashion and always be in style.

About Us

Since technology is not going anywhere and does more good than harm, adapting is the best course of action. That is where The Tech Edvocate comes in. We plan to cover the PreK-12 and Higher Education EdTech sectors and provide our readers with the latest news and opinion on the subject. From time to time, I will invite other voices to weigh in on important issues in EdTech. We hope to provide a well-rounded, multi-faceted look at the past, present, the future of EdTech in the US and internationally.

We started this journey back in June 2016, and we plan to continue it for many more years to come. I hope that you will join us in this discussion of the past, present and future of EdTech and lend your own insight to the issues that are discussed.
