What Users Love About the App
“I’m a parent of 4 daughters, their ages range from 2-18. When I ran across this app for my 2 year old, I figured I’ll take advantage of the free trial and cancel when the trials over. I handed her the phone and let her play while I cooked, 5 min went by and she hadn’t called me to switch her game, after 15 min she was still interested in what she was playing and was having no problems maneuvering around on the app.”
“My son is 2 and we’ve been looking for more ways to help him learn and grow. Well, I came across this app and figured, why not give it a shot. I love how all of the games are designed with learning and children in mind.”
“Teachers can find or create games specifically for their own students, so content is customizable. Older students can make their own games easily as well.”
“I just know as a single mom money is tight but you want your kids to thrive and be the best they can and learning with games and apps work for most then your gonna flip bills around to pay for it and if it was free it would make things a lot simpler and street free for us parents.”
“My daughter is 6 years old and currently in the 1st grade and a lot of the math and skills questions she does in class, I saw there in the app. Great for us as a family.”
What Users Dislike About the App
“I have a 2 year old who loved some of the games but it’s extremely hard to navigate, even for me. There’s no set order you do the activities in for his age group.”
“I signed up for the 1-week trial and cancelled this before the week was over. Or at least I thought I did, until I was charged for the full year. I logged into the website to cancel since going through the app wasn’t working (glitch on their part), but I’m now told I need to cancel through iTunes. Neither TinyTap or iTunes is willing to give me a refund.”
“App kept freezing on all of our devices. I have cancelled subscription during the free trial but after reading other peoples reviews, I hope they dont still charge me.”
“If only i could give a zero rating to this app! It is so disappointing that i cannot cancel my subscription even before my free trial ended just because your app keeps popping up errors. I already emailed my concerned but nobody can resolve the issue. Can you stop auto charging my account? Or just manually suspend my account.”
“Horrible,I got charged on my card the full amount for the year the minute I seen it I canceled the asked for my refund, I couldn’t get in contact with them, i send them a email they couldn’t fine me cause I canceled my Subscription right away. I had to send them a receipt, I was doing everything they asked for so the can denied my refund which I canceled right away don’t have the app no more like serious won’t recommend since they are so difficult to get in contact & No reminder.”
