What Users Love About the App
“StarRez arranges tons of information into an easy to digest format, and manages it excellently. The integration within the platform (between housing applications and room placements), as well as with the online features, is simple and effective.”

What Users Dislike About the App
“The PC application is not being actively developed as they shift towards a cloud based software. The cloud software can be a bit slow and is dependent on an internet connection.”
“There are lots of great features but the learning curve for Star Rez is steeper than expected. Their Star Care system is helpful but some features on the web-version (for staff) isn’t quite as intuitive and easy to navigate as I would like.”
“I dislike having to delete inputs manually. I wish it would be easier to delete it especially since we do get busy and need to be quicker.”
“Star Rez has 2 user facing portals which have very different features. Really, they should be phasing one out and just focusing energy on the other vs having a more difficult one for low costs, forcing users to pay for the one that has better features and is easier to use.”
“Their web help could use improvement. They have great videos on building reports and I have asked repeatedly for the html codes to be available below the video for easy copy paste but to no avail so far.”
