What Users Dislike About the App
“Needs updates frequently. Can’t receive alerts for student issues yet.”
“It doesn’t do what they say it can. We were told we would be able to broadcast our screens onto the students’ screens. This does not work, at all. In most cases, it locks up the students’ stations and we have to power them off manually and back on.”
“It is inconsistent. It doesn’t always connect to all of my stations. It is random which ones connect and which ones do not.”
“Grouping clients together can be a challenge depending on your organizations needs.”
“I cannot broadcast. It lasts for 10 seconds. When I lock the computers only some lock. When unlocking the computers, only some unlock.”
