What Users Love About the App
“Super happy with this app. Able to get notifications as soon as needed. We just had emails and other services from our old school and this one seems far more sufficient and very easy for the ones who sent very good with the new tech.”
“It’s a very handy app to have, our school went paperless and it means we always have important dates to hand – Let’s face it, there’s always something happening at school.”
“It’s great to have such better communication from the school and they seem to find it easier. I find this app incredibly useful and much prefer it to try to keep track of endless school emails.”
“This app does everything I need. I get notifications to tell me when there’s something new to see, so I never miss the important stuff. It’s connected to my phone’s calendar so that I know when there are meetings or training days etc.”
“Great little app. Handy to have, easy to use. I’ve not come across any issues as yet. Notifications, letters, and blogs to keep up with little ones’ activities. Great!!”
What Users Dislike About the App
“This app needs access to my photos. Why do I need access to my private gallery to some strangers?”
“Has worked brilliantly up to now but won’t let me on just keeps saying it needs an update. I’ve even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing is working!”
“The app used to sync with my calendar which was the most useful aspect but now it won’t sync. I’ve tried reinstalling but nothing. I’m deleting the app if this isn’t fixed.”
“I find it very glitchy. It works for several weeks, then suddenly it loses all newsletters and other info. This has happened several times now and I’ve been left with nothing but 2 old letters dated in 2017, for no apparent reason.”
“Despite having my settings not to have info sent about year groups my children are not in, I receive them anyway and It gets really annoying.”
