Product Review of Oregon Trail

Oregon Trail, the popular video game from the ‘80s and ‘90s is back in the form of an app. Kids who were too young to play the game back then can experience and hardships that the pioneers faced as they migrated West. Teachers can use this app to complement their lessons about the Oregon Trail and the migration West. The game is full of information and action that make players come back for more even after completing it again and again.

What Users Love About the App
“I must admit, I have truly enjoyed playing this game. The platform is diverse and engaging – If one is of a mind to make use of all the gaming opportunities available within the platform and plan a strategy for future benefit.”
“My Favorite Game! Still! I’ve tried a whole lot of building & farming games that work with my old iPad, but this is the only one that I enjoy enough to continue to play for several years. It’s fun & easy & addictive!”
“This a childhood game of mine i played it when I was like a toddler. I am happy that I get the chance to play it again because when I was younger I did not understand much because I was a stupid kid but now that I’m less of a stupid kid I love this game thank you for updating the game.”

What Users Dislike About the App
“Still unable to restore my game. Whenever I click restore and agree, it just blacks out and closes. So disappointing, as I loved this game. But now it’s been down for months.”
“This is a super fun and addictive game, but it has not been updated in 3 years and has glitches in most areas. Please update or remove from the App Store.”
“Crashes now that it updated. Piece of crap. It’s always something with this game. DELETE. Not to mention I lost EVERYTHING after a year of playing and there was nothing they could do for me.”
“The game used to be so good back on the iPhone 4 then you could not play it then they updated it and you get this pay me money trash game I will never play this game ever again mark my words”
“I re-downloaded this game after playing it years ago and the first thing it asked for was access to my CONTACTS and my Apple Music. There’s no legitimate reason for a game to need these; it’s a scam to sell personal data.”
