What Users Love About the App
“BEST MATH APP EVER AND I MEAN EVER!!! Awesome app and it helps me with my time tests in math class, my best time is now 3min 39sec! Super fun and challenging.”
“When I buy an app I want great visuals, great sound, and a lot of gameplay for my money! Operation Math nailed it. My son and I love the secret agent theme… especially all the suits and watches you get to unlock.”
“Great Fun! I’ve used this with my nephew who is autistic. He does NOT lke math. He memorized addition, subtraction, and multiplication facts prior to this app coming out. After using it all summer, he is now quicker at all those math facts, AND has tackled division, on his own.”
“Thanks to this app, our children will never know the drudgery we faced in learning our math facts with 1 minute timed tests. We’ve incorporated this app into our 7th grade homeschoolers’ curriculum to keep her skills up. We do have a book of 60-second math drills, but that’s still sitting on the shelf–this app is way more fun, and, therefore, effective.”
“This app is so exciting, my daughter was jumping up and down and screaming with excitement while practicing math! My only complaint is that the spy character doesn’t seem to have a female version, and she’s annoyed by that. Fantastic app!”
What Users Dislike About the App
“Children can get excited about playing games, and educational games but if they lose data or information, very often it is difficult to get them to restart a game and regain that initial enthusiasm again. I wish the developers had beta tested the upgrade before posting it.”
“It feels like there are no rewards. Over and over, the player solves a group of math problems with little variation except for the difficulty of the problems. It would be nice if there were a reward for players, like boss encounters, a bonus game… anything. Kids need something to work for.”
“The design and implantation of simple math practice here is well done, but the structure is so repetitive it was difficult for my kids to stay interested. Also, my kids didn’t respond well to the time pressure.”
“I just bought this app because it sounded like a good idea and I liked the screen shots. It freezes on the green start screen and does not give me to go anywhere else. Too bad the developers did not test it properly. Don’t waste your money on this version.”
“This game is not fun. It is monotonous. Every mission has the same screen and all you do is answer the problems. Not engaging for reluctant learners. Not sure why it has received awards.”
