Product Review of NaturalReader

NaturalReader is a resource for kids with reading difficulties, even those without any learning disability. It works by copying text from any supported source into the tool. The free version works fine on documents, and the paid version allows users to save sound files they create and add NaturalReader to their toolbar. Spell checking, conversation control, and OCR (Optical Character Reader) functions are available in the paid version.

What Users Love About the App
“Love it! Thank you so much for making this a thing; I have been using your website daily cause I can’t read… but I have been learning how to read by using your website due to the auto voice that speaks to whatever I type or whatever I copy and paste.”
“This has got to be the best voice reader I have ever found, and trust me, I’ve searched a lot. The voices in the premium are miles better than anything any other company produces, most certainly better than comes standard on my laptop. That is why I give this five stars because this app deserves it.”
“Great app so far. I downloaded Speechify and immediately deleted it because I felt like it had all the control. I was able to figure out this one instantly and make it work the way I wanted it to. I haven’t used many features, but so far, I like it.”
“I never leave reviews, but I have to rave about this!! I’m a dyslexic in college, and when I say this product has changed my life, I mean it!! You can take pictures or scan copies of your textbook, and it will read to you! Highly recommend!”
“I just realized this! If you watch Battle for Dream Island on YouTube (a web series), There’s a host called the Announcer, and their voice is in this app! Go to change speaker, press the miked speaker, and voila! You have the announcer! 5/5!”
What Users Dislike About the App
“There is nothing natural about the voices in this product. Many came from the research done by AT&T and made free to the public, but this company is making you pay for them. This is unnatural, as are the voices you get that are available in the non-commercial version.”
“Do not waste your time! I can read faster than this app works, and I’m dyslexic. Don’t waste your money.”
“Download the Google App on your iPhone, and it will read you the entire page in a much more natural voice for free. Nineteen dollars a month is incredible! Do not waste your money.”
“Emailed them about the program not reading my files. No response. No service. They got my 10$ but will not renew. Even on the files, I could get it to read; it was pretty tough to listen to.”
“I paid for the premium voices got 5 minutes before I get promoted that I have used my five minutes of free premium voices. Canceled the subscription immediately, but still out the $9.99. Honestly, after listening to the free voices for the past month, the premium voices are not worth ten dollars a month.”
