“It works only with the internet. Sync is done when the internet network is there. Attendance was also updated after 20-30 minutes of scanning on the hardware. It should have an offline version, and its android app should have an admin feature to control the other users on the go.”

“It is ever-changing which may confuse. The developers come up with new features and improvements too very often. Also, the developments are not well informed. Only the dashboard view tells you what has changed but most users never visit the dashboard, they use only applications. Application is used by two groups mainly teachers and parents. Support to the parents needs improvement.”

“Works only with the Internet. Sometimes network issue is there which impact the working. The reports many times download in excel and after working, all excel files need to remove for the safety of data.”
