What Users Love About the App
“I’ve been using this app for over a year, and it truly helps my 6-year-old fall asleep faster, it really calms her down and gets her relaxed and ready to sleep. She went from taking 2 hours to fall asleep, to usually 30 minutes or less, sometimes even talking asleep halfway through the story. Thank you, Moshi!”
“I am a 70-year-old who has had trouble sleeping for years. I have tried many things, including nature sounds, music and stories besides bedtime habits, reading, etc. I tried Moshi Twilight by mistake and have found it amazingly helpful. The stories are cute but not so interesting that they keep me alert (or irritated). I love the music attached to the Sleep Stories, and sometimes I switch to Music only or to Meditation.”
“Sleepy paws are brilliant! Without fail it sends my 2-year-old sleep thief toddler off to sleep even after a raging tantrum! We’ve used that particular story so much I know the words now.”
“Thanks, Moshi! I am 10 years old, and I used it about a year ago and I liked it because I couldn’t fall asleep a lot in so I tried it and it didn’t really work because the stories are for younger kids, so it didn’t help completely, but it did help me calm down I do recommend it for calming down. So I just wish you would add stories for older kids.”
“This is a great resource for bedtime. My four-year-old daughter loves getting to scroll through the Moshi stories and pick which one she wants to go to sleep with. They are very effective and I feel like they help her go to sleep more quickly and stay asleep more soundly. I myself will often turn on the music options when we go to bed.”
What Users Dislike About the App
“Be careful after one year they do not send any form of email or notice that the subscription is coming up for renewal to give you an option to cancel or not and just take your money with no warning and then they lie that they have refunded when I contacted them, they even send fake refund notice! For such a big company the customer service is beyond poor and for the price it’s a rip off £45! Daylight robbery literally!!!”
“I was charged for the 7 days free trial right on the 7th day so when I tried to cancel the subscription it was told it was too late. The app said now I have a yearly subscription until August 2022. I cancel the subscription so I would not get charged after August 2022. Well, now I have been charged for a yearly subscription and I have no access to the subscription features. I am totally confused as it appears I paid $60 for a 7-day FREE day trial. This is a scam!”
“Extremely dissatisfied that you have now locked stories that only unlock with referrals! I am a paying customer of this app and over the last months I’ve referred this app to many friends and family members but them downloading didn’t even unlock stories until my 1 friend emailed, only 1 unlocked! Now have to ask other people to email them too! Also – moving the “locked stories” to the bottom doesn’t trick kids..my kid opens it disappointed every night because they stay locked!”
“Now they have a referral program, so you don’t get access to the stories you paid a subscription for. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Constantly turns off when casting, which is the only way I use it. Makes it somewhat useless. Will not renew, more stable platforms out there.”
“I feel so bad for kids that have legitimately difficult hearing problems trying to use this. We tried an auxiliary speaker, a Bluetooth speaker, my kids echo dot, and just my iPhone and you couldn’t even hear a word with the fans on. We have to manually move one of the Google Homes out of another room, reset and Bluetooth connect it every time, and cross our fingers just to hope it works. I’m so glad I didn’t pay for it or get sucked into a subscription because it’s simply unusable.”
