What Users Love About the App
“The app is pretty good. My daughter turns 4 next month and has been using it since 6 weeks ago when her school closed. Her teacher recommended it because they learn cursive first in their class. She is enjoys tracing the letters and picking out the sounds. She will go for about 10 minutes, which is the age-appropriate attention span for this kind of thing I believe”
“I really want to learn cursive so I used this app now I can make a cursive abc but the problem is I’m writing but then some how it becomes like so I have to redo the letter I hope that may be fixed but anyways I love it!”
“Often overlooked as a flourish rather than fundamental, cursive is a deeply human form of communication and a foundational element of relationships and society. Thanks to Montessorium for this beautiful app focused on bringing back the love and working to save cursive!”
“Wonderful App! This is such a clean, smart approach for teaching cursive. I highly recommend this app.”
“Awesome game! Ever since I wanted to learn cursive, this game has helped me so much.”
What Users Dislike About the App
“IT IS THE WORST. It thinks that I don’t know how to write cursive I got it to practice not learn”
“Don’t bother buying. The sound is very bad it does not give any extraction to kids”
“I hate this game!🤬🤬 The game is not fun and exciting instead it’s dumb and boring”
“The noise while your tracing letters is horrible! It’s sounds like nails on a chalkboard and while I’m trying to learn I have to get a huge headache while I’m learning! I mean like school is already hard enough!”
“While the letters are introduced nicely and with a background that is clean and non-distracting, it will be confusing, especially to dyslexic students when certain vowel sounds, such as /k/ and /b/ are pronounced with a vowel sound attached; /schwa/ or “uh”.”
