“I like to be able to easily check any of my student’s grades in any class at any time without sitting down and averaging them! I can set the dates for each quarter and customize test and homework groupings. This is a great time saver for me and I would definitely recommend to other teachers!”
“This gradebook is totally basic, and completely easy to use. I like that I was able to use it with my Mac. If you need a basic, free gradebook – I would recommend it.”
“Grade keeper is very easy to use, read, and install. It does not take up much disk space. It was great to have one place to track grades, attendance, and other notes for a class. I loved that I could sync the program to my Dropbox, iPad, and iPhone so I never had to rely solely on my computer.”
“I am a teacher so this software is very useful for me. By using this software we can mark attendance, grade, score etc.”
What Users Dislike About the App
“If you need a gradebook with more than just basic functions, I’m not sure if this is the one for you. I used it with my Mac, but I’m not sure how easily it can be used with other processing computers.”
“This software looks and operates in an outdated manner. It’s not very visually appealing and this can make using the program a drag sometimes. I wish there were more layout options. Gradekeeper does generate student report cards, but I think there should be a way to allow students to have electronic access to their own grades.”
“NOTHING works. I can’t access any files from my Dropbox and yes, it’s linked. I can’t seem to edit, save, etc. It’s so frustrating!”
“Doesn’t really break it down into classes. Difficult to navigate. Nothing automated. Worst of all didn’t order assignments by name. So if for the same day you put in assignment 1 and then 2, it listed assignment 2 first. And then 3 and 4 the next day, shown as 4 then 3. So my assignment list looked”
“The app doesn’t work at all. My classes can’t be downloaded.”
