Product Review of Endless Wordplay: School Edition

Kids learn to form words using only the letters that the Alphabot has shaken out of place. Kids tap on letters to hear the sounds they make, and they arrange them in the correct order to form words. Each stage of the games gets progressively harder, and the words also get longer as they proceed through the game. The personal version is free and includes three of the 90 available modules, while the school edition has a fixed cost.

What Users Love About the App
“Great! We purchased this app in the school bundle and are very happy with them all. This app in particular had an issue on our end. I contacted their customer support and they responded immediately and walked me through resolving the issue. Couldn’t be happier with the product nor the customer service. Highly recommended!”
“There’s plenty to liven it up. Silly Alphabet keeps knocking letters out of place; the letters squirm and dance as they announce their sound, and zany animations round out each level.”
“Rhyming groups provide a framework for decoding reading and spelling. The audio highlights individual letter sounds as well as the sounds of letter combinations.”
“Kids track their progress spelling words as they progress along the path. A way for kids to interact more with words they’ve learned, either off-screen or on-screen, would further support their learning.”
What Users Dislike About the App
“Once for my child’s account, totaling $120!!! Apple’s “support” stated that it was not refundable and I couldn’t even talk to a person. I went to the Originator support link, and again there’s no contact info. $120 is ridiculous!!!”
“DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DIVERT YOUR CHILD TO ANOTHER APP FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. I PAID OVER 60 DOLLARS FOR THE BUNDLE WHICH DOESNT WORK AND ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY FOR EACH ONE SEPERATELY AND APPLE WONT REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE DOUBLE PURCHASE.”
