What Users Love About the App
“My daughter (6 yo) loves this game and she’s now way ahead of the kids in her class with math. She’s so hooked on it I have to set time limits. My son (3) likes to pick the cherries too and he’s recognizing the numbers and can add smaller numbers.”
“Is this game really worth $10? Absolutely. I have a numbers obsessed autistic child and he keeps going back to these games for endless amounts of entertainment. Gameplay is intuitive and interesting and even I kinda enjoy playing it.”
“We love Big Numbers! All six of my children, ages 2 through 13, enjoy playing this game. I enjoyed it myself. The beginning is a little slow for older players, but the pace quickens soon enough. Younger players learn adding, subtracting, and writing numerals. Older players find challenge in using resources efficiently. Everybody loves picking apples and cracking rocks!”
“I am a 40ish mom who found this game super addictive and fun. For a child with. short attention span some of the tasks may get tedious but my kids age 6, 8, and 9 are enjoying it still. I completed the entire game in 3 days of fairly concentrated play because I found it that interesting to see what was coming next.”
“This game is very entertaining for my kids, and even though it is geared towards younger kids, my 12 year old loves the format, too! Its easy to learn, helps if they struggle with adding or subtracting when carrying or borrowing numbers. We love this game!”
What Users Dislike About the App
“Does not work on kindle. We love numbers, but this doesn’t work. Looks like it would be fun if it worked. Completely stuck.”
“I downloaded this app on my son’s device. When he opened it, it opened his video camera and not the app. I ended up having to cancel the app and get a refund.”
“Not sure what else to say. Crashes on the Fire 7. Works on the Fire 7 HDX. No information about compatibility issues or restrictions.”
“This was a complete waste of money. It doesn’t teach any math whatsoever. There is zero thinking involved. It’s jumping and moving one monster into the mouth of another. Utterly ridiculous.”
“It took around 5 times to even get the app to install on the Kindle Fire and the Fire phone. The game did open but it keeps crashing shortly after. We haven’t had a chance to play the game due to this.”
