What Users Dislike About the App
“The icon of what you are selecting covers the actual icon you want, this gets annoying and makes it difficult to see all the icons clearly. I would like for the population figures to calculate quicker; it would be great to move between rooms/age groups for a date range rather than reloading each age group to forecast a booking for a child’s duration of care.”
“Inputting all the information initially was time-consuming. We would have appreciated having some advice when setting up the system, as some things are difficult to change once the systems have been set up.”
“The background workings to connect some simple actions are complicated to solve, they have many steps. Invoicing and payments don’t always get deducted from the bill amount.”
“You cannot go back to the register to check whether a child was in or not. From a parent’s perspective, we cannot see how the app as they see it, or how they upload images. Also, the app sometimes gets stuck and takes time to redo. The information is easily lost; if it doesn’t save, you have to start again.”
