What Users Dislike About the App
“The list of things I dislike about this company/software could go on forever. They made false statements when they were inquired about the software, they kick people out of the system when payments are supposed to process, recurring billing does not work, there is a lack of customer support (24-hour support is promised, but not delivered on). Days would go by without me receiving a response. I had to contact their Facebook, and the number listed on the website no longer worked. Most of my issues were with payment processing, which is the main reason I am giving up on this software. Also, it was practically impossible to get a hold of anyone in the company. The CEO, of all people, was my main contact but he did not care to address the issues I faced with the system or customer support. Overall, this software has made my job more difficult, and I have had to use our in-house square reader. The people in the company do not care at all to fix the issues or even attempt to; they do not bother responding at all. I do not recommend.”
