What Users Love About the App
“I love how easy it is to use and its accessibility. For someone who is IT challenged, I can confidently teach new students how to use it.”
“Integration of LMS and Compliance tracking helps greatly in managing our RTO.”
“The fact that it requires no printing whatsoever is a winner for us. Also, there is no risk of the assessor accidentally using an old version. We appreciate the ease of ensuring ASQA compliance.”
“Easy to use! It is easy to upload evidence, photos and any additional information required.”
“The Cloud Assess solution adds another dimension to my assessment solution. The web app was good but this is awesome. Smart, clean and incredibly flexible. Cracking.”
What Users Dislike About the App
“Some of the auto features are a bit clunky and pop up and sit in the way of the action you are trying to perform. You end up having to wait for the pop-up to clear.”
“None of the features that were promised 12 months ago when I first contacted the developer have been added. I found it difficult to even try and study with this app.”
“This a great app. I have been using it as a student for the last 7 months. Overall, it works well and is easy to use. However, it does have a few vital flaws that are extremely frustrating. 1) It does not support landscape orientation. 2) It does not stay logged in. You must re-login every time you use the app. It doesn’t even remember your username. The timeout is far too quick. 3) In exam questions that require you to complete a table, the text field does not allow you to see your entire answer, even when it is completed. The text fields should resize and wrap the text so you can see more than 20 characters.”
“Sometimes I find that things don’t save. It can also have glitches if the internet is not good, though that is more of an internet issue than a CA one.”
