What Users Love About the App
“My favorite thing about ClassLink is the Launchpad feature. I have it set as my homepage so that I only have to log in to one platform. All of the programs I use daily are there with my passwords saved for quick access.”
“I like that ClassLink provides a user-friendly interface through which I can access district applications and software. Students also have access to the same platform to access tools for education. Classlink provides a one-stop-shop for teachers to access the wealth of tools the district has invested in to support student education and success.”
“ClassLink is perfect to use in managing multiple educational site profiles. It allows you to easily login to any account without having to remember many different passwords, or have the delay of signing in to each service you use.”
“ClassLink allows students to sign in using one username and password, and then all of the other accounts are linked. This means that instead of remembering potentially a dozen (or even more!) unique usernames and passwords, they just have to remember one.”
“ClassLink is great because it allows for one single login for all the sites that I regularly use on a daily basis. Those sites are constantly requiring that I change and update my password, and this site allows them to have one username and password.”
What Users Dislike About the App
“Sometimes it needs plug-ins for pages to work properly. Being on a secure network, I don’t always have access to add those plug-ins.”
“As far as I know, I am unable to arrange the icons so that I can prioritize frequently-used applications/tools. Additionally, my school district maintains at least some control over the user interface and sometimes makes changes to the layout that can be confusing and require some time to get familiarized with.”
“ClassLink is very helpful if users create a bookmark or set a rule for it to open with each new browser window. Otherwise, it can be difficult to locate and utilize.”
