CCMS is a cloud-based ERP that all types of schools and colleges can use to effectively manage the day-to-day activities and more complex operations of campus. It gives school administrators the tools they need to keep up with the changing education landscape; the mobile app is accessible by both parents and learners to provide a means of communication from educators and back.

What Users Love About the App
“I’m using CCMS to get updates and notifications from my employer regarding training, wages, and any company updates. I like how easy it is to navigate the system and click on each article. I can also easily view my holiday entitlement.”
“My client uses CCMS for time-sensitive and mandatory communications with employees. In theory, I understand the spirit behind CCMS of being able to track employee acknowledgment of important communications for accountability and legal compliance.”
“I like that I am able to use the system and understand how it works. It is not a hard system to understand once you get the hang of it. It is clear-cut, and it gives you everything that you need all in one place. I am able to request days off, log into work, check my points, remove days off requests, and more.”
“The thing I like most about CCMS is that I have never had an issue with this software. It is very self-explanatory and simple. The layout is smooth and it is easy to navigate.”
What Users Dislike About the App
“I do not like that it is slow and freezes up. Sometimes it completely shuts down and I am not able to use it at all for a few minutes, or even a few hours. That is no good, as I need to use that system to log into work to get paid. I need a paycheck to live, you know.”
“It seems a bit redundant to me. Could they just send the correspondence via email? Why does there have to be another software when this can be addressed with “read” and “open” through the email client? The employees and contractors are already using it.”
“I don’t enjoy how plain the color is on the background, it can be a bit dull to view.”
