What Users Love About the App
“My 2-year-old loves this game! It’s challenging enough that he makes mistakes every now and then, but he still completes a picture and that makes him scream “I did it” with a look of accomplishment on his face. I thought it might be a little too simple when I first looked at it, but it’s the first thing he opens when he gets on the iPad. He loves it and it holds his attention longer than most things. The extra pictures are a little more challenging because they require more colors to correctly complete the picture. They are well worth the few dollars to purchase.”
“This is a great game for children new to touch-screen games or for toddlers to simply explore. Children quickly master the free levels, but I think it is an appropriate first free game.”
“I love this for my toddlers. It teaches them hand and eye coordination as well as their colors. I think it’s great.”
“Superb game for teaching my little one’s colors. A great selection of pictures to create.”
What Users Dislike About the App
“I downloaded this application for my son and he played with it for a little, but he doesn’t care for it much now. Don’t get me wrong, it does function correctly but it just doesn’t entertain him.”
“I am currently teaching my kid her colors. This app is perfect for that. However, I wish the buttons would go away after she has placed all of that particular color buttons on the puzzle. For example, if there is only space for 4 yellow buttons, the yellow button shouldn’t be an option at the bottom once she has used it 4 times. I know it seems silly but in her world, everything should be yellow and she will keep picking that color for all the circles if it is available to her. I hope to see this change in future updates. I won’t purchase the full version until then. Hopefully, she will understand the concept better as she gets older.”
“I play all of the apps I get for my boys before to see if they’re up to snuff. There isn’t anything wrong with the app, it’s just incredibly simple and there aren’t that many options in the free version to keep my boys from getting bored with it. I had no intention of buying an app in the first place, and after maybe 30 minutes of having it I don’t think we’ll keep it.”
