What Users Love About the App
“Wonderful app for grandparents to use for quality time with pre-schoolers. Parental controls allows an adult to select the type of problems. My pre-school grandchild first enjoyed doing shape and color games (on the iPad like her older sibling!), and it has been easy to add other math games as she becomes more comfortable. An always reliable, easy to navigate app, with an excellent orientation on opening page.”
“I just love this app for the wonderful variety of math concepts covered. There is no chance for the pre-K/K child to get bored with the lovely graphics and variety of math applications that change with each screen. We were never bothered by any in-app purchases! All areas of the Common Core are addressed! So much fun!”
“Nice app with lots of activities to practice Common Core math skills. I like the options for different skills to practice with kindergarten students.”
“Great app for pre-K/K students to practice math. Lots of objectives covered, with great feedback for teachers/parents. You can’t go wrong with this app for math practice.”
“You can’t tell by the name or icon, but this is one of the best logic/pattern recognition puzzles I have ever downloaded for my kids.”
What Users Dislike About the App
“Easy to follow practice. The only negative is that if I select a wrong number as a “match,” that number is removed and when it comes up again, I don’t have the ability to select it anymore.”
“Lots of early learning practice of Common Core concepts. Difficulty increases automatically. Wide range of practice. Self directed. I did get a little tired of the same tune each time the puzzle was earned. Graphics are very simple, maybe it could just be a little larger and have a contrast of colors with more distinct backgrounds.”
“There is no way to know when you miss the question. For example if the question is “2,3,_” and you select 7 instead of 4, the square falls down the same way as the correct answer. Yes, you don’t get a puzzle piece, but that is not clear to the child or adult when playing the game. It should be obvious when you are incorrect.”
