Google Forms is a versatile tool that helps you create surveys, quizzes, and forms for all sorts of purposes. Fortunately, this conversion process is fairly straightforward.

4. A print window should appear with a preview of your document. In the destination section of the print window, select “Save as PDF” from the drop-down menu.
5. Choose your desired layout and settings.
6. Click ‘Save’, choose your save destination and your Google Form responses will be saved as a PDF.
Converting Google Forms to Google Docs:

2. Next to the Google Sheets icon, you’ll find three vertical dots indicating more options; click on them.
3. Select “Download responses (.csv)” to download the form responses in CSV format.
4. Open a new Google Sheet and import this CSV file.
5. After reviewing that all data is correct in Google Sheets, go to “File”, then select “Download”, and choose “Microsoft Word (.docx)” or directly copy-paste the data into a new Google Doc.
